 |  Our family holiday arranged by Jessica to Dreams Resort in Tulum, Mexico, early December 2011, was excellent. I did some internet investigation to decide where our destination might be to, and know from past experience LaMacchia Travel would have answers and personal input to my dream of a perfect all inclusive resort with a great beach. Jessica patiently answered my questions and then booked the most perfect family annual we ever experienced. Our accommodations were impeccable and Dreams Resort staff gave VIP treatment our entire stay. Dining ala carte (without reservations) options varied greatly with top shelf beverage service. Kids Club has the BEST activities and care an eight yr old could desire (including horseback rides and bungee jumping on the beach). We enjoyed some nightly entertainment and outdoor movies on the beach with popcorn. Casual elegance and unpretentious ambience abound at Dreams Resort, Tulum. Thank you Jessica, for taking the time and effort to ensure our perfect holiday.  | We got married in July,and at the last minute we decided to make our Honeymoon plans. The level of professionalism LaMacchia has, was very refreshing. We could not believe how fast and easy it was to plan our trip. LaMacchia Travel was so accommodating, it truly made traveling effortless! | Dan & I were looking to plan a special vacation for our 10 year anniversary, somewhere that would be similar to where we went for our honeymoon. There were so many places that looked beautiful it was hard to make a decision - that's where our travel advisor from LaMacchia, Jessica, came in. She helped us figure out the perfect destination for our special celebration. We stayed at Iberostar Lindo and loved it! Everything she told us that we would like about this resort, we actually loved! The pools, the beach, the friendly staff - we were stress free for a week! | Thanks for putting us on a great Hawaiian cruise...seven days on Norweigan Cruise Lines Pride of America. We visited four of the eight main islands and could do as much or as little as we wished. We chose to do several excursions...Molokini Crater Snorkel on Maui ,Haleakala Crater Sunrise on Maui, and the Pearl Harbor Arizona and Missouri tour on Oahu and enjoyed each of them, particularly the forty-five minute helicopter tour over the island of Kauai. The ship service was excellent, largest ship to sail under the American flag...the vast majority of the staff were English speaking from the U.S. We particularly enjoyed the "Freestyle Cruising" that NCL offers...several buffets, plus ecellent gourmet dining if desired with a very relaxed dress code (shorts, t-shirts and sandals were welcome )..our kind of dining ! Specialty Restaurants were also available for a nominal additional surcharge. We had great weather...returned with great tans and even better stories to tell ! Thanks again to Lamacchia Travel, especially to Jodi Minorini, our travel consultant, for taking excellent care of us. We will be sure to visit Lamacchia for our future travel needs !  | I booked a flight with Lamacchia a few months before my vacation. The experience was FANTASTIC! Everything was so easy and Maria was great to work with. I've used the book-it-yourself methods in the past and will never do so again, especially after finding out how much easier and more pleasant it is working through Lamacchia. The best part was that it cost nearly the same! I even called shortly before my vacation because I was worried about some potentially bad weather at our destination and was assured that should bad weather hit, we could reschedule. I looked into the airline directly and you couldn't do that, at least not without paying a large fee. Using Lamacchia was one of the best choices I've ever made. Thank you Lamacchia! In fact we were so impressed with the great service that we received, we are now working with Michelle to help plan our 5 year Anniversary trip back to the Dominican Republic in May 2012.  | When Jon and I decided on Punta Cana for our destination wedding, there was no doubt who we were going to call to help plan it – Rosemarie Passarelli-Habel from LaMacchia Travel. Rosemarie has helped our family plan many wonderful vacations and she is the best in the business. She helped us with the decision to choose the Iberostar Bavaro for our wedding and got us in touch with the wedding coordinator right away. She booked the trip for all 32 of our guests and was more than helpful when anyone had questions about traveling to the Dominican Republic. Our destination wedding was more than we ever expected, and we are so grateful to Rosemarie and LaMacchia for making it so special for us!  | The Alaska trip was fantastic. Thank you for the Champagne Breakfast. It was perfect on the balcony. Definitely worth having a balcony as we saw orcas, humpbacks, porpoises, seals, and sea otters from our deck. Even a bear on a distant shore. The train ride was beautiful, but so long. We took the short Denali tour and it was a bummer as it was raining and we saw no wildlife. Mt. McKinley was spectacular as there was not a cloud in the sky. We took a lot of excursions-evening whale watching in Juneau, Helicopter to a glacier with dog sledding in Juneau, black bear cruise to Neets Bay in Ketchikan, and a jeep tour in Skagway. We drove ATV’s at Mt. McKinley and floated down a river in Talkeetna. Truly it was planes, trains, and autos! But the best part of the trip was Redoubt Mountain Lodge. It was amazing. The brown bears just circle the lake/river eating the salmon. They barely flinch when the boat pulls up next to them. There were times we were standing in the lake and so were the bears. If anyone says they want to see bears, send them to Redoubt. It was a great resort to stay it, but I noticed there were day trips that showed up for bear viewing every day.
