Welcome to Lisbon! We will take a group transfer from the airport to our hotel, Sofitel Lisbon Liberdade. We will all meet in the hotel lobby at 8:30 for our Welcome Dinner at Restaurant Eleven. Transfers to and from the restaurant and a dinner/ beverage package are included.

9:30 AM – We will depart our hotel for a wine tasting at Villa Oeiras
10:30 AM – We will arrive at our destination
12:30 AM – We will arrive back at our hotel for the rest of the afternoon at leisure
5:30 PM – We will depart from our hotel for a sunset cruise
6:00 PM – We will arrive our cruise for Tapas and Beverages
9:30 PM – Arrive back to our hotel

Cancellation Policy: Hotel

  • Cancellations made between September 15, 2023 – February 19, 2024 will result in a 30% penalty of hotel cost.
  • Cancellations made between February 20 – May 14, 2024 will result in a 90% penalty of hotel cost.
  • Cancellations made on or after May 15, 2024 are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy: Airfare

  • Cancellations made between September 15, 2023 – January 15, 2024 will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between January 16 – February 28, 2024 will result in a $100 penalty per person.
  • Cancellations made on or after February 29, 2024 are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy: Land Arrangements (Transfers, Dining, and Sightseeing)

  • Cancellations made between September 15, 2023 – January 15, 2024 will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between January 16 – February 28, 2024 will result in a $100 penalty per person.
  • Cancellations made between February 29 – March 15, 2024 will result in a $200 penalty per person.
  • Cancellations made on or after March 16, 2024 are non-refundable.
