- Cancellations made between September 15, 2023 – February 19, 2024 will result in a 30% penalty of hotel cost.
- Cancellations made between February 20 – May 14, 2024 will result in a 90% penalty of hotel cost.
- Cancellations made on or after May 15, 2024 are non-refundable.
